"We weren’t sure how this was going to go because dad didn’t feel like he needed “assistance” but it was time. When he got there he felt right at home. The room was nice. The courtyard is a plus especially with his little dog and the bird feeders. The people are friendly. We feel he is safe and loved. He enjoys going to the “restaurant” for meals. And though he won’t admit it…the social stimulation has helped him a lot. He doesn’t yet participate in the activities, but he will some day. This is the perfect blend of independence and supervision. We can take him in and out for short periods or as long as we want."
